Sashimi trio shaped like roses. Tuna, salmon & I think the bottom one was halibut. This was a shabu shabu restaurant but I opted for something else. I jokingly put the halibut flower in the giant hot pot in which u cook meat. It cooked the fish so fast and tasted pretty good...even though you're not supposed to do that. haha I like to play w/my food
