Tuna Tartar with Avocado Mousse

Tuna tartar with shallots in a lemon dressing, with avocado mousse & crostini bread. Not particularly Italian, in my opinion, and while pretty, the dish was a bit too tart for my liking.

By LA-OC-Foodie 1 year ago I'm almost sure we got smaller portions of everything since it's a tasting menu... my guesstimate for all the courses would be around $60-80/person range.

However, if you're just eating there a la carte, more like $40/person.
