Part of a tasting meal I was invited to eat (see blog link for more details)
Left side: Pettine pasta in a rabbit ragu sauce (the rabbit was surprisingly mild & pork-like, but not as dry)
Right side: Risotto with lamb, onion marmalade & thyme (not too heavy, very woodsy & earthy)
