By henrychan 2 years ago how do you make this chef? just slice up some rare beef? or do you have to treat the beef?

+ 2 licks By ChefJoAnna 2 years ago season it, sear it, partially freeze it, be very careful with your meat slicer (tho you do get to eat your mistakes) dress with good olive oil, and garnish with a little clump of herb salad. Voilà!
