+ 2 licks By ChefJoAnna 2 years ago Well, not really. It tastes more like banana skins. It's really hard to describe. There are bits of immature bananas in the blossom. It's the dressing that makes it taste amazing, balancing all the flavors.

+ 2 licks By jtolam 2 years ago Vietnamese cuisines use baby banana to make salad too. But most of the time the young banana are used together with other green in some sort of spring roll concoction. I think I have an idea what it tastes like.
