By cloudy 3 years ago This is one of my favorite Belgian style ales. The name is French for "The End of the World", you can't help but appreciate it for it's name and it's flavor!

It's malty, with some nice citrusy flavors to it. I really like the mouthfeel on this beer, it's really really carbonated for strong beer of this type so it pairs well with the malt and citrus fruit charasterics of this beer. It clocks in at 9% ABV, as with other strong Belgian style ales. I don't think you need to pair this with any food it's good just to drink. Very delicious.
