Ok, this dish was pretty unsucessful. Mistakes I made: I forgot to drain the shitake mushrooms before throwing them into the pot so the soaked shroomy taste was too strong; the first time around I completely forgot my fishballs so I had to reboil the broth to cook the fishballs; the fishballs I bought tasted low-quality (not my fault? I bought the cheapest ones : P )
Anyway, it was edible so I ate it all regardless.

-shitake mushrooms
-enoki mushrooms
-chicken breast
-fish balls
-tofu skin
