Hash Browns and French Toast

The french toast was a pretty interesting experiment that my roomate and I played around with...we used vanilla icecream instead of milk and sugar, then I tried to give it a crispy coat by crushing "Honey Bunches of Oats" and adding it to the toast after it fried for a bit. It turned out that the crushed flakes didn't stick onto the bread...next time I'll have to add egg with the crushed flakes to make sure it sticks to the bread.
