Question! please...you see the second dish from the left on the top row? In the green dish, the white stuff? What is that?? I tried it before and thought it was like a really fresh raw fish...but the texture wasn't of fish and it didn't taste like fish...just kind of looked like it. Any idea what it was/is?

that is actually 'mook' = 'jelly.' I don't quite remember how it tasted, but from the looks of it, it looks like 'chung po mook' which is green pea jelly. The other more common jelly served in Korea is 'dotori mook' which is acorn jelly...that one is pretty tasty with veggies and dressing.hope that helps

mm i have to disagree on that, ilendil. acorn jelly has a distinct greyish/brown color. this one is pure white which is usually the chung po jelly. :)
