By wanderingchopsticks 1 year ago Don't remember. Probably came from eating with someone who knew what they were called and they taught me. That's how I learn about most foods. :)

By buddydvd 1 year ago You are correct. I would prefer a deboned version, but I know that would lose all of its taste. Oh well, if I crave fish, I'll just go to California Fish Grill. One of their unique selling proposition is "all fish are deboned!"

I love panchan! anybody know which restaurant has the best panchan or hte most?

I've never had clams in my kimchee but i've had oysters a couple of times.

By wanderingchopsticks 1 year ago Maybe they're tiny oysters, but they tasted more like clams. I always think it's special when they add that in.

For the most panchan, I usually go to Seol Ak San in Stanton. There's always at least 13, sometimes 15 different panchan.
