Brachetto d'Acqui, Marenco, Piedmont, Italy 2005
With Yamamomo Gelee, Tapioca, and Hibiscus Chips. This was like a sweet mochi rice cream cake, with boba and gold leaf. The yamamomo, or Chinese bayberry, gelée reminded me of a Fruit Roll-Up.

By kevin 1 year ago Oh yeah I definitely do a lot of research before I go to a restaurant of this calibre. Usually I check various reviews sites, message boards, do a Google search, and visit the restaurant's own website to look over the menu before I go.
