Does anyone know how these Vietnamese/Euro sandwich places make a profit? This sandwich was only ~$2, and they hire so many employees and the facility seems pretty expensive to maintain...

By kevin 2 years ago I'm guessing the actual sandwich costs at most 50 cents so there is a lot of margin built in to pay for all the overhead costs.

By buddydvd 2 years ago I think they profit off of the little stuffs you buy on the side... like those chicken pot pies, vietnamese coffee, freshed squeezed orange juice... I believe those have much higher margin.
