This was the size small, about 6 inches long. The peppers had a nice kick. The steak was quite tender and tasty.

By wanderingchopsticks 3 years ago Milanese is very thin steak, pounded to tenderize, breaded and pan-fried. Sandwich had tomatoes and chili peppers. But the steak itself was a bit tough. That's why the NY steak was better.

Also, bc more people order the milanesa so they always have it pre-prepared and wrapped under heat lamps during rush times. NY steak, I guess, isn't ordered as often so it was made fresh.
