In my opinion, I think Koi Palace is better than most dim sum places in Southern California. (yes, to me even including Sea Harbour at Rosemead or Impress Pavilion at Chinatown)

This place is comparable to many dim sum places in Asia or Vancouver. (Dim Sum only, of course; since that's all I have tried)
