By AhBbJeh 3 years ago Another flavor, if you wanna make it @ home, is Argentinian (some extra olive oil, parsley [i always substitute for cilantro], and garlic) and salt & vinegar. Just bake/ fry it a little longer so its crispier because when the wet mixture gets on top of the fries and mixes it'll take a while for the heat to fully absorb and cook the flavor into the fries so it'll sog a slit bit which the extra crispiness helps because it'll be JUST right.
