By kevin 2 years ago Prepared misoyaki style, the miso flavor was faint, almost ethereal. The bright, white flesh was a bit firmer than I would expect in sea bass, which was a plus for me. The sweet, tart radish had me a bit worried, but its crunchy texture matched well with the creaminess of the fish.
