By kevin 2 years ago Orange clam. Sweet, with mild flavors of the ocean that add rather than dominate. Compared to others we've had, Urasawa's version was softer and more yielding, rather than stiff and rubbery. I've always avoided clam in the past but I think I'm starting to develop a fondness after this!
