By kevin 1 year ago I wouldn't say the taste was wierd. Rather, the taste was of cucumber, but the texture and the fact that it was a sorbet meant that the cucumber taste was surprising given the context of the dish.

By kevin 1 year ago Yeah this was the first dish after the five amuse bouches. But I'm going to retitle this an intermezzo, since according to the restaurant, the tasting menu is eight "real" courses and if I counted this as one, then I'd have nine.
