By Thngotiatr 3 years ago How much is the diamond cut? only problem with serving prime rib on a hot plate is that its gonna cook pretty quickly, and its carved from a large piece of meat so its harder to control how well the meat is cooked. with a piece of steak thats cooked individually its easier to control the temp and the doneness of the meat
