Both were excellent, but I preferred the dry aged, since it has a bolder, beefier flavor.

I would say unequivocally that this is my new number one steakhouse. The standard prime grade steaks are great, but they are outshone by the Wagyu cuts, which were the best bites of steak I've ever had. Those pics will be up later. ;)

I should quite my job and start aging beef if I can turn my 7 dollar steak into 58 dollars in 35 days. That's an 8 folder increase in a month.
