By jtolam 3 years ago Uni is awesome...sweet, buttery and very tasty. Make sure you get the fresh ones though, otherwise it could be a real nightmare. I was lucky to find a handful of sushi houses that have excellent quality. Try Aki in Long Beach, Kasen in Fountain Valley, Ikko or Frenzy Sushi in Costa Mesa and you won't be disappointed. Although the price range are from $9-11.
