By kabukimoon 10 months ago I'm not sure what categorizes this as being Italian. The store just named this version "Italian" shaved ice. There's another themed "Japanese" which has condensed milk, red bean, and green tea powder, but i heard it can be overwhelming. I think the shop may be Japanese owned.
