Beijing Kao Ya (Beijing duck, Peking Duck)
Da Dong Kao Ya dian is famous for it's "super lean" Beijing duck........ apparently it has only 17% of the fat left compared to 47% for other Beijing duck restaurants.
The skin is super crispy and not as fatty. The top layer of skin you should dip in the provided sugar. It tastes like candy when you do that.
The meat isn't really marinated or anything basically it counts on all the other condiments that are provided to give it flavor.
