By JoeL 3 months ago This one was not my dish. I believe it was good. The comparison of food quality between Barcelona and Madrid was like heaven to hell. We didn't have a bad meal in Barcelona, but we didn't have a good meal in Madrid. Food were expensive everywhere we went, around 25 Euro for lunch and more for dinner. Food in Madrid were aweful and more expensive too. I guess just because we were tourists and we didn't want to save a few dollars and missed the opportunity to taste great local food. We figured that we spent thousands in air fare and hotel room, staying away from great food because of the price would be just penny wise and dollar fool. So we decided to eat whatever as long as the price was not more than the air fare. If we would visit these two cities again, we would fast in Madrid and spend all the money saved in Barcelona. :-)
