florentine has spinach, benedict has either ham or canadian beacon(which is ham-like). I just love them with beacon, real crispy beacon.

It`s really good, actually feel more like half dessert half snack, there`s a subtle sweetness from pumpkin seeds
surpricingly, not spicy at all. It`s really tender, but I have to ask for habanero for up the spiciness.
