  I'm a huge, huge fan of Cafe Atlantico. To be 100% honest with you, I think that their weekend "Latin Dim Sum" tasting menu might be a better value. It features some of the same dishes as minibar at a lower price (come with a big appetite).
  
  For sheer coolness however (you have 3 guys making the dishes right in front of you and the dishes are on springs for petes sake), presentation and excellent food minibar is the way to go.
