ha.. wanderingchopsticks has answered it all.. its a beef extract.. its quite a nice dish n not tat salty if eat with rice.. n ya normally ppl add boiled water n drink as soup.. hoho.. but personally i prefer bovril then marmite..do u all have facebook? :)
