two favorites in one! :)
if you can get this, you're a true seafood lover.I like mine in seasame seed oil and the spicy sauce. A delicacy in korea.
p.s. oops i almost forgot don't forget to use a little bit of non-salted butter for the lubrication when you're cooking the crepes. There is butter in the batter itself but if your non-stick pan isn't too great, it will be a big mess! D:
thanks :)
No prob! The cream cheese mixture is really easy. I don't really have a recipe for it because i just made it up one day but I mixed cream cheese, honey, lemon juice and powdered sugar until its texture was of like frosting..not too thick not too thin. If there is too much lemon juice, add more cream cheese or powdered sugar. If its too thick, add more honey and lemon juice. This is the crepe batter recipe:-300 grams flour-10 eggs-750 grams milk-70 grams of melted and cooled butter-100 grams sugar-around 2 teaspoons cinnamon-2 teaspoons salt.whisk all the ingredients together and run it through a sieve, let the batter sit in the fridge for 2 hours to overnight. Makes around 20.cook the crepes in a thin layer on a non-stick frying pan over a low heat.very thinly slice the strawberries and pat them dry on paper towels..I don't exactly remember how many strawberries I used, sorry ^^;;build layers like this (make sure the layers between the crepes are thin as possible): crepe-->cream-->crepe-->strawberry slices-->crepe-->cream-->crepe-->strawberry slicesand repeat until you get your desired stack.I think I used about 15 crepes total.Enjoy and let me know if you have any questions! :)
Nicely done the last time I went I filled up one of the big plates just with dessert and consumed it! I wasn't happy with the small plates that had to accompany the desserts -_- so I took one of the bigger ones for the salad. LOL
how did it taste?
wow how fancy! :)
there's a melting pot in slo?
oh my gosh I just had this today lol :)
I have no idea XD I just remember cooking a bunch of sheets of crepes then making the cream cheese..I think overall maybe 2 hours not counting the crepe batter resting?thanks :)
