These baozi were the BEST. They really didn't taste like the typical baozi, so you might like them. :)
Yeah, actually, it's a special mold. There are five scooped out areas, with a little canal to set the stick in the middle. You then crack the eggs over the scooped out areas, and the quail eggs just cook around the stick. Yumm!
Hehe, no need to lick this one. I think that if I had the chance to grow accustomed to the taste, I would really dig silkworms. I don't, however, so it was a little odd. :P
