Wow, I've never seen a dish like this...a Chinese version of the Loco Moco. How does it compare?
I've never had an Oki Dog burrito, only their pastrami burritos! I'll have to put this on my list the next time I'm in LA.
No, they were raw...but very tender. Melt in your mouth.
No, that is whipped cream. And laying on top is a white chocolate/milk chocolate straw.
Spike's is known for their teriyaki avocado cheeseburgers. They're good, but I wouldn't drive across town for them. They don't offer bacon, but I haven't eaten there in a few years, since I don't live in LA anymore.
It's "famous" because they used the word in their sign. Kind of like a place saying that they have the world's "best" pastrami.
Wow, that place is still there??? I ate there like 20 years ago. I had the same impression...just okay but I had to try it. Have you been to Spike's in San Gabriel?
Needs more bacon :-) !!!
Where's the beef :-) ???
I think it was about 1000 yen, around $8.50. They also have all these extras, like you can get another helping of noodles for a few bucks, more broth, etc.
I only fly business class when work is paying for it. I just hope we keep opening new offices overseas!
Unfortunately, no. Was it awesome?
