  Uni is da bomb! for those of you trying to find the "one" good experience, order a oyster on a half shell then ask for some uni and salmon eggs. They call this teh honey moon special at Taiko in Irvine.

  They clean and steam it for you. That is not mud you see it is crab juice that builds up like egg white when it is cooked. They usually clean it and serve it in pieces but I prefer to have it whole so it won't dry out. Experience eaters only, I recommend having it prepared for you.
