Not mushrooms. It's a root. I believe they call them duck potato or chinese arrowhead. have they been roasted? looks good.

Enough to feed 4?? i thought their portions were small. the fried rice portion was equivalent to 2 bowls of rice.
jamon should be eaten raw. i think cooking it would ruin it because all the fat will be melted away.
That's nice to have it prepared in so many different ways. Could you taste a difference between this versus a larger pig?
They dont seem to be as busy as they used to be. There were several tables available. but i still felt rushed to finish eating and get out.
looks like it is on a skewer. were they boneless?
