I left out the word "chop" when I made this entry a year ago. That is the exact name so I guess you can say its the bone-in. The ambiance of this restaurant is all business and elegance. The wine selection is great. Maybe its personal preference, but I wasn't a big fan of the food. When I went with my buddies, most of us who ate ordered something different and we agreed that "Prime Ribeye Chop" seemed like it was the best thing on their menu. The other meats seem kind of dry. I've had better meats elsewhere, you're just paying for the environment. It's still worth trying. If you are in the area, I would recommend trying out Greystone's down in downtown San Diego.
no..the steamed black grouper was about 25 dollars...its a good deal..the dish is over 100 in a US restaraunt..

The best prime cut entree on their menu. Juicy and tasty.
