Damn Henry! It's good to be you! Enjoy Asia bro.
Do they serve high tea?
Is this a cantonese dish?
Whoa... that's cheap!

What is that tiny bottle on the left?

But generally things cost more in Shanghai, right?
Are they deboned?
I think they bake the ice cream mochi and then refreeze it. :P Actually, I haven't seen baked versions of the ice cream ones. The ice cream ones are usually made into glutinous rice cake.
It doesn't necessarily have to be baked. But if they're baked, then the texture is pretty much like a loaf of bread. They also come in a glutinous form; so it's chewy and sticky. The modern ones instead of the traditional ones are stuffed with ice cream. I don't think they are injected, but rolled into it I believe.
I believe mochi is basically any kind of rice cake that is stuffed with a sweet paste. It is both a Chinese and Japanese thing.
With tears in your eyes as you wonder how it taste like... Interesting... :P
Do you have pictures of a cooked coconut crab and its meat?
Oh no mamagrub, I meant the name of the restaurant. I thought the restaurant name used to be Shiu Mei.
